Tom Hardy stars in 'Locke' (Photo © A24 Films)The first trailer for the thriller Locke repeatedly points out that critics who’ve seen the film believe it’s a groundbreaking, intense and innovative thriller. The trailer shows Tom Hardy (Warrior, The Dark Knight Rises) in a car, which apparently is how the entire film plays out. While driving, Ivan Locke receives a series of phone calls that escalate the tension as he zooms down the road.
Written and directed by Steven Knight (Redemption), the cast also includes Tom Holland, Ruth Wilson, and Andrew Scott.
