Deadline’s reporting Ben Barnes has been cast in the ABC pilot Exposed from Charles Randolph and Peter Traugott. Barnes is the second player cast in the drama pilot, with Mary Elizabeth Winstead already on board in the lead role of an investigative journalist who makes questionable alliances as she seeks to uncover the truth.
According to Deadline’s sources, Barnes will be playing a character named Stoya. Stoya has a relationship with Winstead’s character and is hiding out from the US government after turning whistleblower against the NSA.
Barnes is best known for his role as Prince Caspian in the Narnia film franchise. His other credits include the hugely underrated Killing Bono, Stardust, and Dorian Gray. He has God Only Knows coming to theaters in 2014 and Seventh Son opening in 2015.
