The Hollywood Reporter says Jennifer Jason Leigh has signed on to play Emily Thorne / Amanda Clarke’s mom in the addictive ABC series Revenge. The character, who was presumed dead, will appear in multiple episodes.
Revenge will be moving to a Sunday night at 9pm time slot beginning this season, taking over the spot previously occupied by Desperate Housewives.
Jennifer Jason Leigh’s currently on the small screen in the Showtime series Weeds which ends its eight-season run in September.
