Executive producer Roberto Orci promises new monsters and John Noble believes there’s a potential for a redemption story for Jeremy in season two of Fox’s hit series Sleepy Hollow, premiering on September 22, 2014 at 9pm ET/PT. Teaming up to discuss the popular series at the 2014 San Diego Comic-Con, Noble, Katia Winter, and Orci described a character-driven second season packed with new temptations, new enemies, and a creepy version of the Pied Piper. Yes, the Pied Piper will put in an appearance this upcoming season.

Viewers can also expect a creature called The Kindred, who is described as the opposite of the Headless Horseman. It’ll be an action-packed, creature-filled season, but Winter’s hopes for her character Katrina are grounded in making an emotional connection with her son. “She’s not going to give him up,” said Winter, which prompted Noble to add, “She has this incredible strength, which is going to be revealed as well.”
